1) Is there a determinated number of products to be sold?

It's possible to buy any quantity of products, save when the model was created by client. In this case, it's necessary to order a minimal quantity for recompense our operationals costs.


2) Is there a discount for those who buy many products?
Yes. The discount will be progressive, the more you buy, the higher the discount you receive.

3) How do I pay?

The payment can be done by bank deposit or credit card, it'll go depend of the buy value. Until R$ 500,00 it can be doing by credit card. Higher value, by company bank count that we'lll gave during the negotiation, after you do the order.


4) What's the limit of time to pay?

The payment can be done before to send the products. For orders higher of 100 products, we ask 50% when you do the order and 50% before to send. For products that have been created for you we ask 100% when you do the order.

We have clients' referencies in all world that show our honesty in get of time and send the order. For too much products, the payment can be done by letter of credit.


5) How can I buy a product in this site?

The client enter in the site, choose the products, models and quantities, do the order and send to us;

We send for client the price that it's different according to the quantity of the products that you want;

We calculate the delivery's tax;

The client do the paymen by bank deposit or credit card and send the confirmation to us by fax or e-mail;

We send the products;

The conditions of send, prices and production's time it's different according to the quantity, clients' country, etc. For this, we give these answers only after the client give the order for us and complete the register.

We sending until 100 kg by Fedex or DHL, because we have the partnership with this international company that give the products in your door between 3 or 5 days.

Above 100kg it's cheaper to send the products by airline. For this, the client need to contact with the airport and get the informations about the importation.

It's only the client's obligation and responsibility to be informed of all necessary documents and taxes that should be paid in the country of destination. For this, with our experience in international commerce, we try to give the informations so the customer can buy. .


6) Is there a delivery tax?

The delivery's tax is the client's responsibility. The price of our products hasn't the delivery's tax that it's different of place to place and it's only can be calculated before the order.

If the order will be sending by Fedex or DHL, the client has the option to pay the delivery's tax in the destination, if he has a count in this company. Otherwise, the delivery's tax will be pay with the paygment of the products. Often, the prices' list that the Fedex and DHL give to us, it's less expense of the paid by client because the partnership that we have with them.

When there were importation taxes, they are paid by client in the airport or to Fedex or DHL.


7) How long the product will take to be in my city?

It depends of the quantity that we'll have or the time to make its, and where your city is situated.

After receiving the purchase order or quotation, we can consult the transportations companies and give the delivery tax and when it'll be done.


8) In my city, there is the same product like yours but called by another mark, is the product original?

Unfortunately , we're already sad with the international copy. Our products are made with many love and dedication by our workers whose are always going to take a perfection .
